What a course certificate needs to have
A valid certificate clearly identifies who completed the course/attended the event, the course/event name, the workload, the date and place (when relevant), and the signature of whoever issues it. This generator assembles a certificate with that classic structure, in landscape orientation, ready to print or send as a PDF — with a fixed closing statement ("This certificate is awarded in recognition of the dedication and effort demonstrated.") and, optionally, the certifying institution's name (opening line) and who taught the course, when you fill in those fields.
Batch issuing, for an entire class
Paste the list of participants with one name per line — Nexinon generates an individual certificate for each one. With a single participant, the PDF is downloaded directly; with two or more, every certificate is automatically bundled into a single .zip file, one PDF per person, ready to distribute without splitting pages manually.
The drawn signature is not a certified digital signature
The stroke drawn on the canvas represents your handwritten signature — it carries the same weight as a certificate signed by hand and printed, but it is not a certified digital signature (such as Brazil's ICP-Brasil) and uses no cryptographic verification mechanism. For documents that need the added legal weight of digital certification, Brazil's federal government offers a free electronic signature service through gov.br (Identidade Digital, in the Assinador de Documentos Digitais) — including for a PDF you already have, like this one.
Where your data stays
Every certificate is assembled in your browser — what you type, the list of participants, and the signature you draw are never sent to any server. If you check "remember my data", it is saved only in this browser's local storage (never synced or sent anywhere) until you delete it.

Yes, like any signed certificate — its validity comes from what it states (who completed what, when, who signs), not from the software used to assemble it. For added legal weight with digital certification, see the signature section above.
Yes, the signature is optional. The PDF is generated normally, just without an image above the signature line — you can sign by hand after printing it, if you prefer.
Paste one name per line in the participants field. With two or more names, the button downloads a single .zip file containing one PDF per participant — never a multi-page PDF, which would require splitting pages manually afterward.

Yes, the logo field is optional (PNG or JPEG, up to 2 MB) and appears centered at the top of the certificate, above the title.
Both are optional and add more substance to the certificate's text. "Institution" becomes the opening line, before the participant's name (e.g., "Alfa Cursos certifies that..."). "Taught by" credits whoever taught the course, at the end of the main sentence — useful when the instructor is different from whoever signs the certificate (e.g., a guest instructor).
Yes, it's optional and reinforces the legitimacy of a certificate issued by a real company or institution — it appears as a discreet line under the signature, alongside the role/institution. The type (CPF or CNPJ) is detected automatically from the number of digits.
If the interface is in Portuguese, the PDF is generated in Portuguese. If the interface is in English, you choose the document's language (Portuguese or English) at download time.
Only if you check "remember my data in this browser" — unchecked by default. When checked, the issuer's data (name, role, logo, and signature) is saved locally until you click "delete saved data". Course name, workload, date, and the participant list are never remembered — they change with every issuance.
